79 Homoeopathic Doctor Vacancy (ST Category) in NHM Odisha

NHM OdishaApplications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up posts of AYUSH Doctors (Ayurvedic / Homoeopathic) under ST category at co-located units NHM, Odisha on contractual basis with monthly remuneration as given below and subject to renewal as per OSH&FW Society terms and conditions. 

Name of post/Vacancy: Homoeopathic Doctor;  ST-79

Pay: Rs. 17,000/- (base remuneration)+P.I with such other allowances as admissible 

Qualifications:

The candidate must have passed Bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) from a recognized University. She/He must have completed the Internship Training if any. Candidates having P.G.
Degree in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery will be given additional weightage. She/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.She/He must have registered her/his name in the Odisha State Council/Board of Homoeopathic Medicine and should have possessed valid registration certificate while applying for the post. No provisional registration certificate is acceptable.
She/he must have valid caste certificate (ST), issued by competent authority while applying for the post. 
Applicant shall be in between the age group of 21- 42 years as on 01.09.2015 (inclusive of 5 years age relaxation), Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates shall have 10 years of age relaxation with upper age limit upto 47 years as on 01.09.2015. Candidate belonging more than one category shall avail the benefit of upper age relaxation of only one category, which shall be considered most beneficial to him/her.
 i.) If married, the candidate must not have more than one spouse living; Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person or there are other specific grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 
ii.) The candidate must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to make her /his incapable of discharging her/his normal duties in the Service. 
iii.) The above positions are purely temporary and also co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position. 
iv.) Details of eligibility criteria, age etc. of each category of post can be downloaded from the official website (www.nrhmorissa.gov.in).

v.) Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are to apply online through the above said website. Online application form will be available from 12.09.2015 to 26.09.2015 till 11.59 P.M. 
system generated application duly signed by the candidate along with self attested copies of all supportive documents (as mentioned below) shall be sent to the “Mission Directorate (NHM), Annex Building of SIH&FW, Nayapalli,Unit-8,Bhubaneswar-751012,District-Khordha(Odisha)” on or before 05.10.2015 (5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly the name of the post applied for. 
List of supportive documents to be attached along with system generated application 
(a)Certificate and marksheets of 10th, +2, BAMS/BHMS, P.G. 
(b)M.E. Odia passed certificate, if applicable. 
(c)Valid registration certificate from Odisha State Council/Board of Ayurvedic/Homoeopathic Medicine. 
(d)Valid caste certificate (ST) issued by competent authority. 
(e)Valid PWD certificate issued by competent authority wherever applicable. 
(f)NOC from candidates working under Health Deptt. 
(g)Two recent passport size colour photograph. 
(h)Any Identity Proof (Voter ID card/PAN card/Driving License/Adhar card/Passport). 

vi.) Reservation for Women, Ex-Servicemen and PWD will be as per the prevailing policy of Govt. at the time of advertisement. 
vii.) The applications received will be scrutinized and the database will be uploaded in the official website (www.nrhmorissa.gov.in) for invitation of objection. Candidates are required to visit the official website at regular intervals for any notification, updates (objection invitation/notices/results etc.) relating to recruitment. 
viii.) Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted for participation in the selection process as applicable. 
ix.) Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer (appointing authority) at the time of submission of application. NOC issued by any other authority other than appointing authority will not be accepted. 
x.) Over aged and under qualification in deviation to the prescribed age and educational qualification shall be rejected. 
xi.) Incomplete application in any form will be rejected. Non submission of certificate/documents along with the system generated application shall be liable for rejection. 
xii.) If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged from the Society on administrative grounds such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply. 
xiii.) This office will not be held responsible for any postal delay. No personal correspondences/enquiry will be entertained in this matter. 
xiv.) Number of vacancies /remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement. 
xv.) The panel list shall also remain valid for one year for filling up consequential future vacancies. xvi. Candidates, finally selected for engagement shall be positioned to any of the vacant positions of the State. 
 xvii.) The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.
